A straightforward installation begins long before the railing arrives on site. The configurator coordinates the stair geometry, railing positions and fixing information, while the generated drawings, IFC model and Anchor Plan make the intended result clear to every party. This preparation reduces uncertainty and helps the contractor translate the architectural design accurately and efficiently.

Effortless Installation Process

Every Clips™ configuration includes technical drawings and an Anchor Plan showing the required fixing positions. It can be used for both new concrete stairs and retrofit projects, but the process is most efficient when the plan is issued to the concrete-stair supplier before a new stair is manufactured. The made-to-measure, pre-finished railing sections then arrive with engineered connections and a clear assembly sequence. Experienced contractors can install the system quickly and with minimal adjustment. No on-site welding is required for any configuration.

 

Reliable Results

The configured design flows directly into a purpose-built production line at EeStairs in Barneveld. Cutting, precision bending and finishing preparation are controlled in one repeatable process, giving each made-to-measure railing consistent geometry and quality. Every completed configuration is checked before production, and the configurator provides clear pricing and production-time information in advance. For suitable configurations, production can be completed in as little as three weeks. For the contractor, this means a more predictable programme, fewer site risks and a finished result that remains faithful to the design.
